Cambridge Online gain extended ISO9001 accreditation
We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded extended certification for ISO 9001:2008.
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses and provides a framework for building a Quality Management System (QMS). Originally achieved in 2001, the ISO9001 standard has now been awarded to our entire organisation.
Quality Policy
Quality has always been the number one priority at Cambridge Online, with every employee focused on delivering the highest standards in products and services to support our customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction goals. To that end, we pursue a policy of continuous improvement in every area of the organisation.
In doing this we:
- have established Quality Objectives and Business Objectives
- operate a business management system that meets the requirements of ISO9001: 2008
- provide adequate resources to support this policy
- measure, analyse and improve performance and satisfaction
The Quality Management System is regularly audited by both internal and independent external auditors. We are very pleased that our commitment to quality has been proven through achieving this award which is recognised worldwide.
