David Crabb joins as new MD at Cambridge Online
Cambridge Online Systems, a leading IT systems and services provider, has hired David Crabb as its new managing director as the company looks to accelerate its growth in the next few years.
David joins from a major business process outsourcing company with a turnover of around £400M where he was a board director. He led a change management programme with a strong focus on customer retention and employee talent optimisation. During this period the business increased annual net profits from £250,000 to £5.8m. David has also held director posts with the three global recruitment giants: Manpower, Adecco and Vedior (now Ranstad) where he was responsible for running specific divisions/companies within the UK.
Ray Olds, chief executive officer and co-founder of Cambridge Online commented: “We are very pleased to have such an experienced director as David Crabb on board to shape a new strategy for growth of Cambridge Online over the next few years.
