Having previously worked for much larger companies including Royal London, Lloyds Register and Network Rail, I found it very refreshing to join a smaller and far more dynamic company where decisions can be made, and action taken, very quickly.
Client Services Director
Having started working life in accountancy, I have worked in a number of roles within the software industry, including business analysis, pre-sales consultancy and sales. I joined Cambridge Online in 2007 and have been working with Microsoft Dynamics software solutions since 1998. My current role involves working with clients to maximise their investment in IT solutions and to ensure that their IT strategies are enablers to their overall business. In my spare time I enjoy sport, mainly football,
which involves ferrying my kids to various locations across
Birmingham to stand in the rain and cold for hours and being
a (long suffering) supporter of West Bromwich Albion.
I joined Cambridge Online in 2005 as a Trainee Support Analyst and progressed to my current role of Operations Director in 2013 having also fulfilled the roles of Support Manager and Operations Manager. As a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner I focus on identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the business. Outside of work I am an FA Qualified Youth Football Coach with Haslingfield Colts!
The majority of my exciting and varied career has been at Cambridge Online where I progressed from a humble Programmer, through Systems Analyst, Project Manager and Operations Director. I am now Technical Director with key interest in system interoperabiliy. I love holidays to Europe and the challenge of trying new languages.
