High Performance Computing on show at Daresbury, Machine Evaluation Workshop The 16th Machine Evaluation Workshop is being held on 6th and 7th December 2005 at the CCLRC Daresbury Laboratory near Warrington . Cambridge Online is a major participant at this national event dedicated to distributed and high performance scientific computing. As a leading UK consultant and supplier of HPC (High Performance Computing) and storage systems, Cambridge Online will give a presentation as well as benchmarking and demonstrating solutions based on HP technology suitable for Academic and Commercial Research organizations. On show will be a Beowulf class Linux Cluster running HP's Scalable File Share a fully productised and supported version of Open Source Lustre.
