Point of sale add-on for Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV

Cambridge Online has introduced an integrated point of sale module for those organisations that have a retail operation as part of their overall business.  Our Point of Sale (POS) solution is focused on mid-market organisations who seek an integrated system combining Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV’s powerful functionality for finance, inventory and distribution with a simple, easy to use add-on for retail point of sale requirements.

Our POS solution uses the flexible Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV design architecture to integrate seamlessly with standard Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV finance, inventory and contact management functionality. It uses Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV’s powerful back-office reporting and analysis functionality to provide an instant view of analysis and trading information and offers Business Intelligence capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV Business Analytics combined with and easy-to-use POS front-end at the sales point.

The modules also provides automatic electronic funds transfer (EFT), which is fully chip ‘n pin compliant, for all types of credit card payment with or without card holder present.

• Updates Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV contacts with those created at point of sale
• Track purchase history by contact in Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV

The Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV retail module can also be added to existing Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV implementations running either v3.70 or v4.00
